  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown them on all sides.
  5. Pour the red wine into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the marinara sauce and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
