- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
