  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes
