Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground turkey to skillet, breaking it apart, until browned.
  5. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, peas, carrots, and the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
