  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of cheesecake cups.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Fold in cinnamon and chopped apples. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. For topping, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and softened butter. Sprinkle on top of cheesecakes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a nutty flavor, consider adding crushed nuts to the topping.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
