  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
