- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
