  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. Slice the hoagie rolls in half and hollow out a little bit of the bread.
  4. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and fill each half with chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Crack an egg into each half of the hoagie rolls.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
