Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the beef until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked rotini and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
