Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Combine the cooked rotini with the sauce and mix well.
