- 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine cooked beef, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish. Place the filled shells on top, then spread the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
