  • 4 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and place the marinated chicken thighs on it.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Baste with the remaining marinade during cooking.
  6. Remove chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
