  • 1 cup vanilla pudding, prepared
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fill the cupcake liners with the batter, about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  10. Once cooled, cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake and fill with prepared vanilla pudding.
