  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, and cook until browned.
  3. Push the meats to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side, scrambling them.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
  5. Stir in the green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot.
