  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour, chopped pecans, and salt until combined.
