  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 pound mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add shrimp and salmon, cooking until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove seafood and add garlic, heating until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Prepare mashed potatoes and steam green beans separately.
  5. Serve the seafood over mashed potatoes, drizzling with garlic cream sauce and accompanied by green beans.

Notes
