- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and the remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
