  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to the pot, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, then return chicken to the pot.
