- 3 pounds beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place short ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the dish with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Roast for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
