2 pounds baby potatoes
1 pound smoked sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the baby potatoes in half and the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
