  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
