- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- In the last 10 minutes of baking, add the turkey bacon and smoked sausage to the baking sheet.
- Remove from oven, drizzle ranch dressing, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
