- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken and cheese mixture, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
