  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken and cheese mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
