- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Spread a small amount of sour cream on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over the tortillas and top with remaining sour cream and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
