- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
