Chinese Beef and Broccoli (One Pan Take-Out)

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until tender.
  4. Return beef to the pan, add black pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
