- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
