  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into bite-sized pieces and dip them into the egg mixture.
  4. Place the soaked bread pieces on a baking sheet and dot with butter.
