Coconut Cream Lush: A Creamy, No-Bake Dessert for Every Occasion

A delicious, creamy no-bake dessert perfect for any occasion, featuring layers of coconut cream, whipped topping, and a graham cracker crust.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1 (2 cups) cold milk
  • 1 additional cup whipped topping, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with 1 cup of whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra coconut flavor, use coconut milk instead of regular milk in the pudding.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
