Coffee Cheesecake Recipe That Feels Like Breakfast and Dessert in One

A delicious coffee cheesecake that combines the best of breakfast and dessert.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and cooled coffee.
  7. Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  10. Spread sour cream on top and drizzle with coffee liqueur if using.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chocolate shavings on top.
  • Serve with whipped cream for a delightful touch.
