  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add chicken ham, mixed vegetables, and soup. Stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
  • Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
