  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the gnocchi, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
