Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, bringing to a simmer.
  7. Stir in capers and heavy cream, cooking until slightly thickened.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
