Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool, then cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
