  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the hot skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add jar of pepperoncini peppers and heavy cream, stirring well.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
