Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis into sticks or rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini piece into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
