- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 large eggs

- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into sticks or rounds.
