- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
