- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from pan and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and cherry tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the orzo and balsamic vinegar, mixing well.
- Slice chicken and serve over the orzo and vegetables.
