  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, rice, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
