- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 6 ounces egg noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
