Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto each rectangle, adding cheese and pickles, then roll up.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
