- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup pickles, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each rectangle, adding cheese and pickles, then roll up.
- Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
