Easy One-Pot Teriyaki Noodles Recipe

A simple and delicious recipe for teriyaki noodles that you can make in just one pot, perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the noodles and cook according to package directions.
  3. Once the noodles are almost done, add the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
  4. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender and everything is heated through.
