Easy Sweet Potato Egg Casserole

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes, eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an added kick, you can include some chopped jalapeños.
