  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat chili oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
