  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 sandwich rolls
  • lettuce to taste
  • tomato slices
  • Thai chili sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. In another pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing chicken on the roll, adding lettuce, tomato, and a drizzle of Thai chili sauce. Top with crispy turkey bacon.

Notes
