Instructions

  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Use a funnel or squeeze bottle to pour the batter into the hot oil in a circular motion, creating a spiral shape.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
