- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
