  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and melted butter.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and orange food coloring until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it with a knife.
  9. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  11. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
