Ingredients

  • 100 grams cooked ham, diced
  • 100 grams cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into tree shapes.
  3. Place the diced ham and shredded cheese on one half of each tree shape.
  4. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  5. Brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
