  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
