Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped apples, honey, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract, then add to the oat mixture and mix until well combined.
