  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey, and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing.
