- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 50g granulated sugar
- 30g all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
- Grease two ramekins and pour the batter in.
- Bake for 12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
