Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 30g all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
  6. Grease two ramekins and pour the batter in.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.

Notes

  • Serve with vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
  • Can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
